If yes, then what is the rate claimed per visitor ?

There are 21 official guides operating on a freelance basis.
The rate are as follows:

For first eight visitors - Rs 50 per visitor
Any additional visitor - Rs 40 per visitor

4. Any restaurant or snack shop available inside the Garden?

None of these outlets are available at present. However, some hawkers do sell soft drinks and snacks in the car park.

5. Are parking facilities at the Garden free of charge?

Parking facilities in the parking area for vehicles are free of charge.
